Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Italian Cloud Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Inside Sales Channel Management organization, you will be responsible for driving Annual Recurrent Revenue growth through account planning with dedicated partners.

About the Role

This exciting position offers a unique opportunity to work with a portfolio of service providers utilizing Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. Your main goals as the Cloud PSM will be to:

  • Drive quarter over quarter cloud revenue growth working through assigned partners.
  • Analyze and plan territories to identify top potential partners.
  • Develop account plans with all managed partners, taking into consideration their engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
  • Train new and existing partners on existing and new products.
  • Educate partners on the onboarding and enablement stage, equipping them with necessary knowledge, resources, and tools.
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and retain existing customers.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and serve as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  • Promote successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate.
  • Avoid churn and retain partners by engaging and orchestrating internal resources to support dedicated partners' growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, preferably in channel sales, partner account management, or channel development.
  • In-depth channel knowledge with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • Strong presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product features and answer customer questions.
  • A high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changes in responsibilities and strategies.
  • Highly persistent follow-up conversations, negotiations, and closing sales skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
