Job Description

This role involves providing a solid link between business and retail training needs with key stakeholders from sales departments, category management, central training teams, and local brand partners. As a Retail and Brand Training Lead, you will embody the spirit of Sephora University Europe on a local level by adapting materials, designing and implementing local retail and brand training projects, maintaining brand relationships, and guaranteeing balance between central strategy and local commercial needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a solid link between business and retail training needs with key stakeholders.
  • Embody the spirit of Sephora University Europe on a local level.
  • Adaptation of Sephora University Europe materials.
  • Design and implementation of local Retail and Brand training projects.
  • Maintain Brand relationship to deliver a fruitful continuous training plan.
  • Guarantee the balance between central strategy and local commercial needs, by respecting retail logics.
  • Follow up regularly on the projects with all the stakeholders to guarantee sustainability and effectiveness.
  • Guarantee implementation of assigned projects according to business strategy.
  • Design of minor training projects and modules.
  • Analysis of training KPIs to provide reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience and knowledge of retail processes, passion for retail and internal client satisfaction orientation, high organizational skills (complex planning and priority management), understanding of the retail scenario in order to prioritize training needs and planning, good negotiation skills, training techniques and methodology knowledge, high cooperative skills and effective knowledge of different stakeholders to share information, good English level, and curiosity towards the beauty retail expertise.

Salary and Benefits

We estimate the salary for this role to be around €60,000-€80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
