Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of MarTech solutions, encompassing aspects of MarTech architecture, integration, marketing data management, marketing operations, demand generation, marketing automation, and customer data platforms (CDPs), including but not limited to Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot, Adobe CDP, and Oracle CDP.
- Engage in proposal development, project planning, and cost estimation.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering trust, skill development, and personal growth.
- Enhance your technical expertise by staying updated on best practices and deepening your knowledge of MarTech platforms, including marketing automation and CDPs.
- Design innovative MarTech solutions that adhere to current industry best practices to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Possess 7-10 years of professional experience in digital transformation and MarTech consulting, ideally in a management consulting firm, digital agency, or equivalent hands-on industry role, preferably with experience leading a small team.
- Demonstrate extensive subject matter expertise with a MarTech stack, including marketing automation and CDP technologies and best practices.
- Have experience implementing, optimizing, or managing a MarTech stack, including marketing automation and CDPs, and understanding their integration with sales platforms and other solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements, leading the solutioning process for MarTech platforms.
- Exhibit knowledge of formal system implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deployment, preferably using Agile methodologies.
Required Skills
- Proven consulting skills with a history of quality delivery and the ability to develop interpersonal and cross-functional relationships.
- Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems and architecture, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and optimization.
- Ability to achieve results independently while thriving in collaborative environments, with a coaching mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
