Vodafone, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking an experienced IoT sales expert to join our Italian sales team.
Job Description
The role of the IoT Sales Expert is designed to drive growth in IoT revenues and margin through direct and overlay sales using Vodafone's IoT Connectivity and Connected Product portfolio.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing prospects, managing a range of customers, and identifying new IoT contracts to acquire.
You will define pricing and terms and conditions, ensure they're approved following internal negotiation processes, and develop a good understanding of customer needs, products, and vertical markets.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership
Your primary objectives include achieving sales targets, working with internal teams to develop pricing, marketing, and technical solutions, cultivating relationships with direct customers and partners, and contributing to growing market share.
You will be responsible for the full IoT sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to proposing, winning, and implementing large-scale transformational IoT projects.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong solutions sales track record, ability to operate in complex global organizations, teamwork attitude, telecoms technologies expertise, and experience communicating at C-level.
Key Performance Indicators
Your performance will be measured by Total Contract Value, Service Revenues, and CX/rNPS scores.
Must-Have Qualifications
A graduate-level education and solutions sales track record are essential for this role.

This position is based in Milano, Italy.
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum
