We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at BCS Automotive Interface Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Warranty Claims Process: Coordinate the entire warranty claims process, including receiving warranty-related information, requesting parts return, conducting analysis based on customer requirements, and participating in customer meetings to present warranty reports.
- International Travel: Willing to travel internationally for 30% to 50% of working time (1-2 weeks per month).
- Warranty Escalation Process: Actively participate in the warranty escalation process initiated by customers, prepares claims analysis, and manages the de-escalation process.
- Data Collection: Supports data collection from customers and customer portals for warranty reporting processes.
- Quality Data Analysis: Warranty data statistical analysis and trend prediction.
- Customer Contracts: Customer warranty Contracts review.
- Part Investigation: Responsible for investigating claimed parts and fulfilling 8D report requirements.
- Quality Data Management: Ensure the updating and development of the system for the management of data on the quality of products, providing periodic summaries of information to all functions.
- Customer Complaint Management: Ensure the customer complaint management: communicating within the working group the issues, promoting the analysis to identify the root causes and the definition of corrective actions to be taken in teams, test them in the field to monitor the behavior of the product in the application.
- Customer Communication: Communicate reasoned answers to the customer with reports.
- Action Plan Implementation: Check and ensure the implementation and updating of action plans in response to complaints, customer visits, audits, etc.
- Qualitative Checks: When necessary and/or appropriate, carry out qualitative checks on the material during the different process steps in cooperation and with the support of quality inspectors to ensure the maintenance of customer requirements.
- Statistical Data: Develop and provide statistical data on the costs of not External Quality (PPM, IP/E, select costs, claims statistics, etc.).
- Production Controls: Support Plant Quality in defining controls in production of finished products, semi-finished products and materials.
- PPAP Management: Manage customer's PPAP during project: preparation of PPAP documentation specific according to each customer's requirements, using portals.
- Audit Management: Manage customer's visits and Audit (system audit, VDA audit, IATF audit). Ensure the implementation and updating of action plan in response to this.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote and implement the system of continuous improvement through actions/projects aimed at improving the corporate indexes according to the guidelines and corporate standard.
- Education: Technical University Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in a similar position.
- Quality Knowledge: Good knowledge of quality tools or methods.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
