About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Planner to join our digital excellence team at Publicis Groupe Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving media innovation within the CPG Healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our B2B client's division, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful media planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the digital media lead to develop and implement the best annual digital strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Produce high-quality digital media plans, including negotiation with key publishers and oversight of campaign setup and creative assets workflow.
  • Monitor and analyze digital media campaign performances, providing post-campaign reports and QBRs to stakeholders.
  • Manage digital media PO reconciliation processes and maintain relationships with key media partners, scouting new opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze research data and media/marketing information, sharing insights with clients to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital media planning within a media agency context.
  • Advanced use of Excel (PIVOT tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Good use of digital planning tools (Business Manager, GA, DV360, CM, SA360).
  • Italian native (mandatory) and English (B1 or more).
  • Knowledge of all digital disciplines: Display, SEM, SEO, Affiliation, Social, Programmatic.
  • Team player with analytical and critical spirit, strong priority management skills.
