Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Italy. As a key player in the industry, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, proactively managing existing relationships, and collaborating with our international team to achieve regional and personal goals.



Key Responsibilities



  • Establish and nurture connections with medium and small customers through phone and email
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new webshop buyers and inquiries
  • Strategically assess potential customers to concentrate on building robust, long-term relationships
  • Proactively manage existing relationships to ensure the highest satisfaction levels
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and database management in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the international team to achieve regional and personal goals


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent English and Italian
  • A good understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions/connectivity
  • Experience in working with Salesforce is considered a plus
  • A practical mentality, positive attitude, and a thirst for knowledge
  • The ability to work independently and goal-oriented, even remotely
