We are seeking a skilled Expediter/Inspector to join our team at Technip Energies. As an Expediter/Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and conformity of materials during the Purchase Order execution.

About the Role:

The Expediter/Inspector will be responsible for performing inspection activities, issuing inspection reports, and monitoring supplier progress. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing inspection visits and issuing inspection reports, pre-inspection meeting reports, and inspection release notes.
  • Reporting quality or production issues identified during workshops.
  • Monitoring supplier progress and expediting project deliverables.
  • Highlighting potential critical path events that may cause delivery date shifts and requesting corrective actions.
  • Performing shop surveys for new supplier evaluations and qualifications.
  • Supervising supplier quality control activities and production schedules.
  • Contributing to supplier and inspection agency performance evaluations.
  • Chairing, checking, and approving project deliverables related to assignments.
  • Actively monitoring and reporting workload to the resource management team.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in quality control and inspection. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma and at least 5+ years of experience in quality control and inspection.
  • Strong mobility and leadership attitude.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Team spirit with a delivery/results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of main packages in a plant and basic design concepts.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with main operating systems.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical quality control activities.
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages.
  • Qualifications in non-destructive examination, NACE, FROSIO, or welding inspection.
  • Qualifications in ATEX or IECEx.
