We are looking for a talented Marketing and Brand Development Lead to join our team at Kerry.


About the role:



• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in the Italian market.



• Collaborate with the Sales Director and R&D team to plan and execute marketing activation initiatives and innovation launches for South Europe.



• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.



• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.



• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.



• Minimum 4 years' experience in strategic or activation marketing, ideally in the food and beverage industry.



• Italian first language, fluency in English.

• Ability to understand business relevance of marketing activities



• Good communications and presentation skills, and a talent for sharing information with relevant stakeholders



• Ability to quickly grasp and become proficient in new concepts, ideas, technologies, markets, tools and ways of working



• An enthusiastic attitude towards effectively interacting with many different functions and serving as an active participant on a multinational, multi-functional team



• Good knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies, interpreting and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner, including the creation and use of tables, charts, and graphics to summarize results



• A passion for product concepts ideation in Food and Beverage


Travel: up to 30%
