About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Catania e Messina. As a Red Bull Musketeer, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and events to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product availability in the region.
  • Strengthen and nurture relationships with existing customers, and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
  • Take full responsibility for On-Premise sales and marketing activities, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and identifying new opportunities for Red Bull.
  • Utilize your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull, surpassing previous marketing and sales goals.
  • Network and build relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality and gastronomy scenes, promoting Red Bull as a premium brand.

Requirements

  • Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, and marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategic commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and autonomy, with a willingness to travel 80-90% of the time.
