Job Title: Sales Manager
At Pipecare Group, we are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring performance against targets.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity in the oil and gas industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
