We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our OEM Sales Area in the Nord-Est territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing a customer-centric vision and growth mindset approach to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers at all levels of their organization
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction to assigned Sales Representatives
  • Set and achieve sales targets for selected customers and sales agents in the Macro Area Nord-East
  • Develop and implement strategies to win new customers in coordination with BU's and Sales in the Italian NE territory

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in Industrial Automation, Motion Control, and Digitalization fields
  • Knowledge of Siemens products and solutions is a plus
  • Strong customer-centric approach and ability to handle resources, activities, and time
  • Passion for continuous learning and growth
  • Respect and appreciation for each person's uniqueness and willingness to co-create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
