Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Padova, Italy. As an Account Manager IP&E, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying sales opportunities to drive pipeline growth for Arrow Global Components for IP&E products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and existing business challenges.
  • Work within an assigned customer base to grow and develop the business, expanding IP&E share and maximizing Arrow's share of customer spend.
  • Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, utilizing sales methodologies to develop key relationships.
  • Maintain and promote relationships with IP&E supplier contacts responsible for business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.
  • Develop strategic account plans for all assigned accounts.
  • Maintain an acceptable knowledge on our competitors and the marketplace.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the Electronics industry.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English language.
  • Knowledge of IP&E (Interconnect, Passives, & Electromechanical) Products.
