We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Sales team at Reckitt Benckiser Llc. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key clients and building strong relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key client relationships to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide sales forecasts and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Negotiate and manage trade agreements and promotions with customers
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Italian and English languages
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage complexity and prioritize tasks
