Account Manager IP&E

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Tnf Italy. As an Account Manager IP&E, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying sales opportunities to drive pipeline growth for our IP&E products.
Key Responsibilities- Working within an assigned customer base to grow and develop the business, expanding IP&E share and maximizing our share of customer spend.
- Defining critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, utilizing sales methodologies to develop key relationships ensuring a strong foundation for solution selling.
- Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.
- Maintaining and promoting relationships with IP&E supplier contacts responsible for business opportunities.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.
- Developing strategic account plans for all assigned accounts.
- Maintaining an acceptable knowledge on our competitors and the marketplace.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager.
- At least 3 years' experience in the Electronics industry.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in both, Italian and English language.
- Knowledge of IP&E (Interconnect, Passives, & Electromechanical) Products.
- Stable employment based on a permanent contract with base salary and bonus scheme.
