Organisational Change Management Architect

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management Architect to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our Adoption, Change and Service Management practice, you will play a critical role in managing and governing strategic change in large public and private sector organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Insights and Business Modelling: Gather customer/partner insights from a broad range of stakeholders to shape and form both the definition and ongoing execution of projects. Identify and evaluate industry trends, adapting business models, plans, and solutions to insights.
- Architecture Design and Deployment: Leverage a structured approach to Architecture Projects using existing methodologies. Propose and develop new solutions to scale across multiple customers/partners.
- Practice Development: Generate new and/or improvements to existing intellectual property. Identify which ideas should be culled, with consideration for scale across customers. Drive the re-use of intellectual property and recommend practices in both pre-sales and delivery.
- Trusted Advisor: Develop a network of internal/external relationships with senior-level decision makers. Act as an advisor to external stakeholders, providing direction to facilitate relationships between others.
- Thought Leadership: Lead virtual teams around technologies and customer/partner challenges by sharing ideas and strategic, technical input with technical teams and internal communities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field AND experience in organisational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
- OR master's degree in Human Psychology, Organisational Design or Change Management AND experience in organisational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience managing complex organisational change projects or portfolios.
- Experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on organisational change.
