Position Overview
We are seeking an R&D Project Management Administrative Support professional to enhance our Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division. This role is essential in facilitating the administrative aspects of R&D funded initiatives, working closely with project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Collaborate with technical and financial teams to evaluate R&D project budgets.
- Resource Management: Oversee the planning and claims process for project resources, ensuring alignment with R&D teams.
- Financial Oversight: Develop financial plans for R&D projects, guaranteeing precise reporting and forecasting.
- Data Evaluation: Conduct data analysis to detect inconsistencies and offer insights for enhancement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and provide necessary support to R&D teams.
- Client Support: Address inquiries, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a Master's Degree in Economics and belong to special categories under Law 68/99 art. 1. Previous experience in administrative coordination, financial planning, or project management is preferred. Proficiency in financial planning and data analysis is essential, while familiarity with EC funding procedures and national/regional schemes is advantageous.
