Italy Marine Consulting Administrative Project Advisor

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Project Advisor to join its team in the Marine Consulting Division.
Key Responsibilities- Offer Management: Collaborate with business development teams to understand and manage customer offers and pricing.
- Contract Management: Handle the drafting and execution of customer contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Invoicing and Billing: Oversee the generation and issuance of invoices to customers, validating details and addressing complex billing inquiries.
- Timesheet Management: Ensure accurate and timely timesheet submission for each project, collaborating with technical teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Customer Interaction: Provide high-level support for complex customer inquiries and issues, acting as an escalation point and fostering positive customer relationships.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within customer service and administrative functions, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Satisfaction Enhancement: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, gathering feedback and recommending improvements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating risks associated with customer contracts and billing processes.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to customers on using online portals or self-service tools for account management, assisting in training new employees on customer service and administrative processes.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance Management
- Qualifications: Experience in customer service or business support, with a comprehensive understanding of business support processes and best practices.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian, with a strong ability to deliver exceptional business support.
