Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive support in project management and coordination within our esteemed organization.

Contract Type

This role is offered as a fixed-term contract, full-time.

Location

The position is based in our Genoa headquarters.

Your Role

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with professionals from diverse backgrounds to facilitate research initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the management and coordination of various work orders and maintenance activities.
  • Supporting the planning and design processes.
  • Creating and managing project timelines.
  • Addressing project interferences and providing resolution support.
  • Assisting in the preparation of technical specifications and cost estimates.
  • Ensuring project consistency and preparing necessary technical and administrative documentation.
  • Reviewing documentation prepared by external professionals as part of the project validation process.
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs to adhere to budgetary constraints.

Essential Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in a technical field.
  • Familiarity with building practice management.
  • Understanding of the Procurement Code and relevant legislation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and cost estimation tools.
  • Experience in research center environments.
  • Proficient in project management software, particularly MS Project.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Experience in supporting project management activities.
  • In-depth understanding of public procurement regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong motivation for continuous learning and improvement.

  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
