Project Management Support Role

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Support professional to join its International Infrastructure Mobility Division in Genoa. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects and providing exceptional support to Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers in Profit Loss forecasting and invoicing processes
  • Collaborate with Project Management teams to understand project progress and identify potential issues
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and cash collection
  • Manage contract creation and maintenance, including data entry and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve basic issues related to contracts and invoices
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Management Engineering
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with French being an advantage
  • Previous experience in business support, customer service, or a related field is beneficial
  • Familiarity with RINA services and willingness to learn about offerings
  • Basic computer skills, including CRM systems and software tools
