Our mission is to enrich the experience of life by responsibly building fine quality beverage alcohol brands. This role is a leadership position integral to the company's leadership team. The key responsibility is to be a steward of the organization culture, driving a unified purpose across the commercial organization.

The ideal candidate is pivotal to this role, requiring the ability to inspire, motivate, empower, and develop teams and beyond, in partnership with HR. You will lead a talented group of Key Accounts, Field Sales, and Sales Operations experts.

About the Role
  • Meet or exceed commercial objectives for all brands across all channels.
  • Work closely with the General Manager, Head of Marketing, and Head of Finance on development of business and portfolio strategies, yearly budgets, and quarterly projections.
  • Create and implement sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize new business development opportunities.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities within the business environment.
  • Recommend actions to adapt to changes on a proactive basis.
Leadership and Management
  • Provide leadership to the team via strategic analysis, program development, and resource management.
  • Communicate the company's vision and strategies and manage the performance and development of the Sales Department team.

This role requires a strong leader who can drive a unified purpose across the commercial organization, inspiring, motivating, empowering, and developing teams and beyond. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a highly competitive environment.
