Key Support for Rights Team

As a vital member of the Rights team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating relationships between rights holders and stakeholders to drive DAZN brand awareness, fan engagement, and loyalty.

You will support integral processes, streamline workload, and contribute to exciting projects with rights holders. Strong organizational skills and confidence in working closely with all areas of the business are essential.

This internship is based in our Milan office, with some Talent Acquisition and Hiring teams based in the UK, requiring English language proficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Rights Team with day-to-day requirements of key accounts and priority partners, working to activate and deliver best-in-class campaigns.
  • Proactively assist with creative briefing and approval processes for partner requirements.
  • Support weekly status reports and task sheets to ensure stakeholders are informed and tasks are completed on time.
  • Organize, attend, and report on key internal and external meetings, as well as planning sessions, workshops, and events.
  • Collaborate with business intelligence, analytics, and finance teams to provide regular performance updates to partners and the business.
  • Research industry developments and competitor programs to identify opportunities for future development and communicate effectively with the local team and central.
Requirements
  • Interest and understanding of sports, particularly football, fighting, rugby, and NFL.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize workload.
  • Self-starter with motivation, commitment, and enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, stay connected to details, and confidently challenge where necessary.
  • Ongoing drive for learning and ability to apply new knowledge and skills.
