Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will assist the Senior PM in planning, executing, and finalizing project management work in accordance with agreed deadlines.

You will coordinate the project team, manage relationships with customers and suppliers, and engage with all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage one or more projects, ensuring their correct execution according to defined contractual methods;
  • Plan projects and define contract development plans, setting up project teams suitable for task realization and coordinating resources;
  • Act as a mediator between parties, maintaining active communication within and outside the organization;
  • Conduct periodic meetings to verify alignment with projections regarding project progress;
  • Prepare summary reports of weekly and monthly meetings, monitoring activity progress and creating/modifying schedules and budgets.
Requirements
  • A degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering is required;
  • Experience in the Hospitality sector is mandatory;
  • Around 8-10 years of experience as a PM or Design Coordinator in the hospitality sector, with on-site experience;
  • An excellent level of English (B2/C1); knowledge of other languages is a plus;
  • Technical background to attend and intervene in technical meetings;
  • Coordination and time-management skills, ability to plan and direct coordination meetings;
  • Orientation to results;
  • Good knowledge of Autocad, Office package, Microsoft Project;
  • Availability to travel.
