Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dental Territory Sales Professional to manage the Tuscany region and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives, strong relationships with dealers, and effective product promotion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, optimizing distribution networks and expanding market share.
  • Train and support sales teams at regional depots, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to promote our products effectively.
  • Collaborate with dealers to define promotional activities, organize clinical education events, and co-market our offerings.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in territory management, sales techniques, and IT tools implementation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with dental industry dynamics and competitor landscape.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, comprehensive training, and corporate mentoring programs.
