As a Site Management Controller in our Pianezza plant, you will have the opportunity to work with the most advanced technologies in the electronics development industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and supervise the management control team, ensuring the control of industrial costs, standard & budget, supply chain costs, and improvement plans.
  • Coordinate the preparation and analysis of several reports and documents, such as daily, weekly indicators, monthly green books, budgets, and middle-term plans.
  • Ensure the reliability of financial statements and validate financial performance in accordance with MAF/IFRS rules.
  • Manage the activity of the controlling department to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Supervise the preparation of elements for reportings, budget, and provide analysis of monthly results to the management.

Requirements:

  • Economics or Management degree (Mandatory)
  • Experience: more than 3 years in similar roles
  • Previous successful experience in audit / controlling with people management, completed by an operational experience in Finance
  • Fluent English
  • SAP knowledge
  • Communication skills, target-oriented, decision-making, work under pressure
