Job Title: Site Management Controller

Valeo, a global leader in automotive technology, is seeking a highly skilled Site Management Controller to join our team in Pianezza. As a key member of our Visibility Systems Business Group, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of our site, ensuring compliance with Group Valeo standards and local laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and supervise the management control team to achieve financial targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Focus on controlling industrial costs, supply chain costs, and inventory management to optimize site performance.
  • Coordinate the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly indicators, to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • Contribute to the development of financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with Group Valeo strategies.
  • Manage the activity of the controlling department to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Economics or Management degree (mandatory).
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong background in finance and audit.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • SAP knowledge and experience in people management.
  • Excellent communication, target-oriented, and decision-making skills.
