Valeo is a global technology company that designs innovative solutions to revolutionize mobility. As a Site Management Controller, you will be part of our team that develops and manufactures advanced technologies for the automotive industry.

Our Pianezza plant is a key location for our Visibility Systems Business Group, where we develop and manufacture lighting products and electronics. As a Site Management Controller, you will have the opportunity to work with leading car manufacturers and be part of an international and multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organize and supervise the management control team to ensure the efficient management of industrial costs, supply chain costs, and inventory levels.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly indicators, to ensure the reliability of financial statements.
  • Contribute to the development of improvement plans and ensure the accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system.
  • Ensure the reliability of site gross margin and site below gross margin expenses during the closing process.
  • Promote and control internal control frameworks within your perimeter and monitor and drive internal control improvement plans to mitigate risks.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Economics or Management degree (mandatory)
  • More than 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Previous successful experience in audit/control with people management and operational experience in finance
  • Fluent English
  • SAP knowledge
  • Communication skills, target-oriented, decision-making, and work under pressure
