Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve net sales and gross margin profit targets in line with annual and strategic objectives and Market Share target for Customer and/or Channel.
* External negotiation: maximize sales and margins, constantly striving to grow sales and profit. Develop and implement Joint Business Plans with key accounts to secure breakthrough growth.
* Constantly track customer performance and needs and proactively make recommendations to help improve customer performance & profitability.
* Ensure accurate forecasting. Liaise with Customer Services, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning to maximize ongoing product availability and meet service level & working capital targets.
* Strong interaction and collaboration with Marketing & Category Development Department to accomplish company objectives.

Requirements:

* Significant Account Management experience, ideally also in Drugstores channel.
* Strong communication/presentation skills.
* Strong reporting and analytical skills are essential.
* Consolidate computer literate Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office are essential.
* Graduate or equivalent in a commercial related subject.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
