About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Developer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation initiatives and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and proposals.
  • Analyze client expectations, market standards, and potential project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, manage financial aspects, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the AEC sector, with a strong background in sales or project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate project risks and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level) and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Availability for short, medium, and long-term business trips.
Nice to Have
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or product design.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign).
  • Enthusiasm for new challenges and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
