Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, from lead generation to pipeline management, and create project plans and proposals to secure new projects.
- Analyze client expectations, market standards, and potential project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, efficiency, and profitability, and manage associated financial aspects.
- Negotiate with clients to define commercial contracts and ensure successful project outcomes.
- At least 3 years of experience in the AEC sector in sales or project management.
- Ability to develop substantial and valuable project proposals.
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
- Availability for short, medium, and long-term business trips.
- Empathetic, responsible, and self-sufficient individual with effective time management skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or product design.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign).
- Consistent enthusiasm for new challenges.
