Key Responsibilities- You will be the primary interface for clients, building valuable and trusting relationships.
- You will anticipate their needs by proposing effective solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- You will develop new business opportunities and be involved in all stages of business development, from lead generation to pipeline management, from creating project plans and proposals to overseeing their implementation.
- You will analyze client expectations, taking into account market standards and potential project risks.
- You will monitor project progress in terms of efficiency and profitability and manage associated financial aspects.
- You will negotiate with clients and define commercial contracts.
- At least 3 years of experience in the AEC sector on Sales or Project Management.
- Ability to develop substantial and valuable project proposals.
- Capacity to analyze and assess project risks.
- Ability to analyze project deliverables and evaluate their compliance with commercial agreements.
- Proficiency in English (level C1).
- Availability for short, medium, and long-term business trips.
- Empathetic, responsible, and self-sufficient individual who can effectively manage time.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture/product design.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign).
- Consistent demonstration of enthusiasm for new challenges.
