Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Operations Project Manager to support our global Infrastructure & Operations transformation program. The successful candidate will work closely with business and IT program and project directors to ensure the delivery of programs against agreed deliverables, time, quality, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis and change analysis.
    • Plan and lead communication strategies for IT Infrastructure & Operations activities.
    • Monitor progress against integrated program and project plans.
  • Risk Management
    • Implement and manage the risk management plan for IT Infrastructure & Operations.
    • Address and support recovery of risks and issues.
  • Quality Control
    • Oversee quality control of IT Operations & Infrastructure programs and projects.
    • Enforce a phase-by-phase gate-keeping process.
  • Benefits Realization
    • Ensure the benefits of programs and projects are realized and tracked using KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in another European language is a plus
  • At least 5 to 7 years of work experience in a primary consulting firm or the IT department of large corporations
  • Substantial experience in hybrid cloud transformation and hybrid cloud adoption programs and projects
  • Significant experience in IT Operations transformations (such as Agile, DevOps, AIOps, NoOps, etc.) and their adoption programs and projects
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused with the ability to see the big picture
  • Skilled in change management and resolving issues, with a results-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence others
  • Ability to work with cross-functional internal and external teams and manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to succinctly communicate complex information and concepts
  • Strong skills in collaboration, program and project management, process improvement, and service improvement
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Committed to upholding company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork
