Your Responsibilities
As the Finance Operations Leader, your primary role will be to serve as a trusted advisor to the branch leadership, ensuring the efficiency of business administration, financial oversight, and planning related to sales and service agreements.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing and recommending financial strategies to enhance Branch performance metrics Managing the approval process for significant offers Assisting in the proposal phase and negotiating contracts in collaboration with sales and contract management Ensuring compliance of order intake with established guidelines Leading a team of finance professionals Supporting the credit management function Overseeing the forecasting and budgeting processes Building relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners, management, accounting, legal, and tax departments.Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience in commercial finance, preferably within the B2B sector Familiarity with SAP, PowerPoint, and relevant IT applications Background in Economics or Management Engineering Strong analytical, planning, and risk management skills, with a proactive approach to improvement Ability to foster trust and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures Commitment to continuous personal and professional development Respect for individual uniqueness and a willingness to share knowledge Proficiency in English and Italian Eligibility to work in the designated location.What We Provide
