About the role:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Catering and Conference Services Supervisor to join our iconic Hotel, Four Seasons Milano in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary objective of this role is to coordinate all arrangements related to the organization of events and groups, while assisting the Event Manager with site inspections, proposals, and various administrative tasks within the department.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments regarding rooming lists, special arrangements, food and beverage requirements, transportation, and billing instructions.
  • Engage with external providers to create synergies between the property and client requirements.
  • Work closely with the Accounting department to ensure adherence to client account instructions.
  • Confirm prior to arrival that all departments have the most updated information regarding group and event requirements, including personal details for all group delegates from the Sales Manager, such as Banqueting orders and Group Resumé.

What you bring:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in luxury hotel sales and event management.
  • Proficient communication skills in both Italian and English, both verbal and written.
  • A positive attitude coupled with effective interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Familiarity with Salesforce and Opera is preferred.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan.

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
