Customer Success Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer success team, driving business growth and excellence in the programmatic advertising market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic processes to enhance business monitoring and forecasting accuracy
- Supervise customer management and ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Manage reporting for the leadership team, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Directly manage complex clients throughout the onboarding, integration, delivery, and post-campaign phases
- Interface with agencies and media centers to oversee communication flows and commercial metrics
- Hire, coach, and manage the team to drive performance and growth
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, economics, statistics, marketing, or business administration
- Proven experience in a leading position within the digital marketing industry
- Strong leadership and analytical skills, with expertise in Excel
- Ability to manage complex clients and drive business growth
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
