About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer success team, driving business growth and excellence in the programmatic advertising market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic processes to enhance business monitoring and forecasting accuracy
  • Supervise customer management and ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Manage reporting for the leadership team, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Directly manage complex clients throughout the onboarding, integration, delivery, and post-campaign phases
  • Interface with agencies and media centers to oversee communication flows and commercial metrics
  • Hire, coach, and manage the team to drive performance and growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, economics, statistics, marketing, or business administration
  • Proven experience in a leading position within the digital marketing industry
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with expertise in Excel
  • Ability to manage complex clients and drive business growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills
  • Fluency in English and Italian
