Customer Success Manager

At Experian, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their goals. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and Support: Guide new customers through the setup process and provide ongoing support to ensure they understand how to use our products.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers, being their primary point of contact and advocate within our organization.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues or concerns customers may have, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to help customers understand the value and functionality of our products.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product development.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services that can benefit our customers.
  • Customer Advocacy: Represent our customers' needs and interests within our organization, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: +5 years of experience in customer success positions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with our products and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to guide improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
