- Proven experience in a leading position within the Digital Marketing industry
- Strong ability in managing people and teams
- Analytic aptitude and mastery of Excel
- Ability to manage complex clients and negotiate commercial agreements
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
