About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer success team in a fast-paced, international environment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring seamless campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business monitoring and forecasting accuracy
  • Supervise customer management and ensure efficient campaign delivery
  • Manage reporting for the leadership team, providing accurate and synthesized insights
  • Directly manage complex customers throughout the onboarding, integration, delivery, and post-campaign phases
  • Interface with agencies and media centers to oversee communication flows and determine commercial metrics
  • Hire, coach, and manage the team
  • Assist the General Manager in managing strategic issues for the Italian country
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leading position within the Digital Marketing industry
  • Strong ability in managing people and teams
  • Analytic aptitude and mastery of Excel
  • Ability to manage complex clients and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills
  • Fluency in English and Italian
