Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to foster customer relationships and enhance retention and loyalty at Infuse. The role involves close collaboration with customers to ensure satisfaction with the services provided and to address areas of concern.
The responsibilities and duties of this position include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with a select group of named accounts to ensure campaign success
- Serving as a trusted advisor for our clients and an expert in INFUSE offerings
- Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to deliver campaign leads and ensure clients are happy with the outcome
- Collaborating with the Sales team from proposal to delivery, including identifying and ensuring delivery options, integrations, and other operational aspects
- Creating and coordinating account documentation, including reports, RFPs, and other recommendations
- Accountable for post-sale account management and driving account growth through excellent customer service and delivery, communication, and onboarding
For this position, we require a minimum of two years of account management and/or customer success/service experience, as well as organizational and problem resolution skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision, and will be comfortable using and learning software, including MS Office, custom-built software, CRM, and ticketing/tracking systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with empathy for customers and their success, are essential for this role.
