Job Description:We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to grow our Russian Market.
You will build relationships with clients and manage ongoing partnerships to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Partner with clients to understand their training needs, challenges, and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.
- Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert.
- Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
- Be a growth driver by identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collect feedback and analyze learners' experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
- Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance, and recommendations to optimize clients' training performance.
We are looking for a passionate Customer Success professional with at least 2 years of B2B experience.
You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and be able to adapt easily to change.
