Descrizione del Ruolo:

Il nostro team di Customer Success Manager è alla ricerca di un professionista motivato e organizzato per supportare i nostri clienti nell'implementazione di progetti di formazione efficaci. Il tuo obiettivo sarà quello di assicurarti il successo dei programmi formativi dei clienti, fornendo loro supporto in ogni fase del progetto.

Principali Responsabilità:
  • Collaborare con i clienti per comprendere le loro esigenze di formazione attuali e future, le loro sfide e identificare gli approcci per massimizzare l'impatto di goFLUENT.
  • Onboarding per i nuovi clienti.
  • Analizzare i dati dei clienti e condurre periodiche Business Review per garantire un alto livello di engagement e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
  • Identificare Opportunità di Sviluppo.
  • Raccogliere e Analizzare Feedback per raggiungere gli obiettivi e migliorare l'esperienza degli studenti.
  • Essere il punto di riferimento sull'apprendimento digitale e fornire best practices e approfondimenti sul settore, indicazioni e raccomandazioni strategiche.
Requisiti:
  • Hai almeno 1/2 anni di esperienza nella gestione di clienti B2B con focus sul successo del cliente.
  • Trovi ingaggiante lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e innovativo.
  • Sei organizzato, metodico, orientato al dettaglio e ti piace gestire diverse tipologie di progetti.
  • Hai una buona capacità di analisi e interpretazione dei dati.
  • Hai ottime doti comunicative sia scritte che verbali in italiano ed in inglese.
  • Ti piace lavorare in team e apprezzi la condivisione delle conoscenze in un ambiente di lavoro veloce, in crescita e rispettoso delle differenze.
  • Sei entusiasta di lavorare in ufficio almeno 4 giorni alla settimana.
