Salary: KZT 450,000 - KZT 550,000 per month (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced International Human Resources and Administrative Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administration for our national staff. This includes:
- Maintaining awareness of ILF IMS of ILF
- Participating in weekly HR & Administrative meetings
- Ensuring timely data entry and corrections/updating in internal systems including ERP/Maconomy
- Supervising HR clerical work (internal orders, Employment Agreements, revisions and amendments to EA)
- Keeping and updating databases on resumes and company workforce
- Updating CVs of current and new (national and expatriate) company employees in the established ILF format
- Revising/Updating Time Scope (new employees data, salary changes, job titles, termination/resignation of EA)
- Monitoring labour discipline within company departments and observing by employees of internal company rules
- Executing documentation and timely registering foreign employees of the Company
- Obtaining Kazakh/Russian/transit visa for the Company foreign employees
- Executing documentation package and obtaining visas for the Kazakh and foreign personnel of the Company
- Preparing monthly reports to state authorities
- Notifying state authorities on time when foreign employees/guests come or leave
- Controlling off-rotation time tracking for foreign employees
- Informing involved personnel in HR/Admin department on organization of work/business trips/travels for Kazakh and foreign personnel
- Updating arrival/departure calendar weekly
- Advising on any changes associated with business trips (business trip, off-rotation period, arrival, departure, include new persons into Arrival/Departure Calendar, etc.)
- Recruiting, selecting, and reallocating personnel based on evaluation of their qualifications, personal and working capacities, and monitoring reasonable use of personnel within company departments
- Assisting in recruitment, allocation, and arrangement of young specialists and workers in accordance with their obtained professions and specialties; jointly with department heads, arranging their internship and adjustment in working activities

- Participating in setting up a system of complex performance evaluation, personnel professional development, and advancement; taking part in preparing improved training process
- Issuing time-scopes monthly for the personnel of the company
- Conducting work to update scientific-methodical support for the human resources work, equipment with material and technical, informational support, to implement modern personnel management techniques with use of computer systems, setting up database on company personnel, providing its timely updating, quick response for the needed information to users
- Providing reporting on recruitment for systematic analysis within the company and developing recommendations for recruitment improvement
- Developing personnel policy and strategy if required
- Being proactive in introduction of any HR innovation and improvements
- Providing systematic HR support to Employees of the company
- Supervising drivers for compliance with rules of technical transport operation and providing them with necessary technical assistance
- Carrying out control after ensuring supply of combustive-lubricating materials, timely maintenance, carrying out technical check-up, control of vehicles condition and correct vehicle service
- Constantly improving professional skills
- Taking part in arrangement and conducting of company events
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources and administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
