At Intrum, we're committed to helping our clients succeed. As an Origination and Client Management Trainee, you'll play a key role in driving our business forward.

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing client contracts, including new and renewal agreements, with a focus on small ticket banking, financial, and commercial clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to share contract conditions and identify operational nuances that require input from other departments.
  • Configuring international mandates, including setting up sister office and partner codes.
  • Providing technical and analytical support for Salesforce, our CRM platform.
  • Managing client portals, from qualification to maintenance, and preparing and updating documentation as needed.

As you grow in your role, you'll also have the opportunity to work on acquiring and managing non-performing loan (NPL) clients.

Key Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Knowledge of the credit recovery and collection processes in banking, finance, and corporate sectors.
  • Familiarity with small ticket applications, such as Colldesk and Bridge, and a willingness to learn about NPL platforms.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
