Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Group Legal team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our Legal function worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review commercial contracts, including NDAs, distribution agreements, and supply agreements.
  • Prepare corporate resolutions, powers of attorney, and other corporate documents.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance team, board of statutory auditors, and compliance bodies.
  • Develop and analyze key provisions for commercial agreements worldwide.
  • Coordinate with IP counsels on IP-related matters and support in the decision-making process.
  • Support the expansion and growth of the Legal team through mapping and analysis of key legal workstreams and matters worldwide.
  • Provide legal support for extraordinary transactions, strategic new initiatives, and special projects.
Requirements
  • Law degree and 5-6 years of experience in in-house legal offices or law firms.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and PPT functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive and flexible attitude, with a proactive approach to improvement and change.
  • Willingness to travel across Milan and Verona as required.
  • Italian as mother tongue, with proficiency in English, and Spanish or French fluency a plus.
