About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Zillow. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and ongoing support of projects from end to end. You will contribute to the design of new features, review code, advocate for standard methodologies, facilitate engineering discussions, mentor junior engineers, and participate in an inclusive, energetic, and highly multi-functional team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have over 5 years of software development experience, specializing in Java for backend services. You should be a respected technical leader, having made a significant impact beyond your immediate team. You should also have expertise in various persistence strategies, encompassing relational and non-relational databases. Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required, as well as authorization to work in Mexico.
