Job Title: Indirect Procurement Specialist

Antonioli Holding Srl è una società leader nel settore della moda e dei beni di lusso. Siamo alla ricerca di un Indirect Procurement Specialist con esperienza nel ruolo e provenienza da contesti del lusso.

Responsabilità principali:
  • Sviluppare e implementare piani di approvvigionamento per soddisfare gli obiettivi organizzativi e migliorare l'efficienza in termini di costi e la qualità.
  • Gestire i fornitori e stabilire rapporti con i principali fornitori, negoziare contratti e garantire che le prestazioni dei fornitori soddisfino gli standard aziendali.
  • Negoziazione contrattuale per contratti e accordi di alto valore, garantendo i migliori termini e condizioni possibili per l'organizzazione.
  • Gestire i costi e monitorare i budget di approvvigionamento, identificare opportunità di risparmio sui costi e implementare iniziative di riduzione dei costi.
  • Conformità e gestione del rischio, garantire che le attività di approvvigionamento siano conformi ai requisiti legali e normativi e gestire i rischi associati alle operazioni della catena di fornitura.
  • Analisi di mercato per rimanere aggiornati sulle tendenze del settore, sulle fluttuazioni dei prezzi e sui nuovi fornitori, garantendo prezzi competitivi e soluzioni innovative.
Requisiti:
  • Laurea triennale in amministrazione aziendale o un campo correlato. Un master o certificazioni professionali (ad esempio CPSM, CIPS) costituiscono un vantaggio.
  • Minimo 5-7 anni di esperienza nel procurement, con particolare attenzione all'approvvigionamento strategico e alla gestione dei fornitori, preferibilmente settore Fashion&Luxury.
  • Forti capacità di negoziazione e gestione dei contratti.
  • Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
  • Competenza in software e strumenti di procurement.
  • Ottime competenze informatiche (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook ed Excel).
  • Solida conoscenza dei principi e delle migliori pratiche di gestione della catena di fornitura.
  • Eccezionali capacità comunicative e interpersonali.
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire molteplici priorità.
