Senior Director Opportunity

The Jewish Board of Children and Family Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our Preventive Service Programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the clinical, operational, and fiscal functioning of assigned programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing supervision to assigned directors and program staff
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and staff wellbeing
  • Collaborate with inter-agency departments on programmatic, fiscal, and human resources related issues
  • Ensure programmatic systems are in place to meet client service delivery needs
  • Develop and implement new programs, projects, and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related subject area
  • NYS Clinical License, including LMSW, LCSW, LCAT, LMHC, or LMFT
  • 3 years of experience as a Director or 5 years of experience as an Assistant Director or like title in a child welfare program
