We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide general administrative support to our adjusting teams across EMEA. This role is based in our Rome office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly preparation of excel files.
  • Monthly data entry into excel files.
  • Active invoicing assistance (Italian/EU/Non-EU).
  • Data entry into company systems.
  • Respond to a high volume of daily client inquiries and discrepancies and flag and follow up on resolutions.
  • General administration services.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of administration / accounting experience preferably within a similar position.
  • General Accounting understanding.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and on writing in Italian (Native level) and English (Business level).
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.
  • Use of the main SW packages - Knowledge of at least one accounting management software is useful.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude who is also comfortable working independently without supervision.
  • Accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • Results/deadline orientated.
