Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide general administrative support to our adjusting teams across EMEA. This role is based in our Rome office.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly preparation of excel files and data entry into company systems.
- Active invoicing assistance and data entry into excel files.
- Respond to a high volume of daily client inquiries and discrepancies and flag and follow up on resolutions.
- General administration services, including team support and prioritization of tasks.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of administration / accounting experience preferably within a similar position.
- General Accounting understanding and strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Italian (Native level) and English (Business level).
- Team player with a can-do attitude who is also comfortable working independently without supervision.
- Accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail, with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
