We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide general administrative support to our adjusting teams across EMEA. This role is based in our Rome office.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly preparation of financial reports and data analysis.
- Monthly data entry into accounting systems.
- Active invoicing assistance and financial management.
- Data entry into company systems and financial software.
- Respond to a high volume of daily inquiries and discrepancies and flag and follow up on resolutions.
- General administrative services and support.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of administrative / accounting experience preferably within a similar position.
- General accounting understanding and financial management.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Italian (Native level) and English (Business level).
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and accounting software.
- Team player with a can-do attitude who is also comfortable working independently without supervision.
- Accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
- Results/deadline orientated.
