We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide general administrative support to our adjusting teams across EMEA. This role is based in our Rome office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly preparation of excel files and data entry into company systems.
  • Active invoicing assistance and data entry.
  • Respond to a high volume of daily client inquiries and discrepancies and flag and follow up on resolutions.
  • General administration services, including team support and coordination.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of administration / accounting experience preferably within a similar position.
  • General Accounting understanding and knowledge of accounting management software.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Italian (Native level) and English (Business level).
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude who is also comfortable working independently without supervision.
  • Accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • Results/deadline orientated.
